Woodinville Animal Hospital is looking for a hospital manager to join our fantastic team! We're looking for someone that enjoys mentorship, team building, and is a strong, detail-oriented leader with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience managing financial budgets such as revenue and payroll is a plus
• Experience managing the development and growth of a team
• Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with team members and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Marketing knowledge

We provide a variety of services to small animals in our community with a Fear Free approach. We have multiple staff members who are fear free certified and prioritize gentle patient handling. We currently operate 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, and typically have two to three doctors each day, with one performing surgery.
