Job Description: As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of our industrial equipment. Your responsibilities will include designing, installing, and enhancing repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance procedures. Additionally, you will take the lead in training and developing Maintenance Technicians to maintain high standards of expertise within the team.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in industrial maintenance.
• Mastery-level knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including volt-meters and a range of manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Effective communication and advanced problem-solving skills.
• 4-year technical degree
• Proven ability to operate and maintain machinery equipment such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and continually improve repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance strategies for industrial equipment.
2. Lead the training and development initiatives for Maintenance Technicians, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable team.
3. Respond promptly to service calls, conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, fabricating necessary components, and executing repairs with a focus on determining proper corrective actions.
4. Take charge of maintaining, setting up, and operating various machinery equipment, including lathes, mills, surface grinders, etc.
5. Perform fabrication of parts and equipment as needed for maintenance and improvement projects.
6. Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, along with problem-solving retrofits and emergency repairs.
7. Demonstrate mastery-level understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
8. Manage parts inventory for common replaceable items and maintain daily recordkeeping within our company's Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
