Sr Project Manager
Your role:
The Enterprise Project Management Organization is responsible for leading and supporting portfolio, program, and project management execution for enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives. This position involves facilitating program and project delivery including, but not limited to, project plans, tracking, regular status reporting, risk/issue tracking, scope & change control, coordinating resources & activities in support of value realization, change management, user experience, customer experience, business objectives and key performance indicators. This position will play a key role in supporting cross-functional business process enabled with technology to deliver the business strategy of Ardent Mills.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative(s) and business outcomes. Ensures end results are of the highest quality with a clearly articulated scope, quantifiable business value and benefits. Creates and engages cross-functional, high performing teams. Facilitates appropriate communication channels within project team and executive team, with emphasis on status, risk and issue mitigation. Applies PMO methodologies to support the complexity and needs of the specific project, phase and technical needs. Provides project team up to date visibility of milestones, deliverables, critical path, activities, and tasks. Supports change management, stakeholder training plan, financial spend, financial forecasts and other needs of the project to deliver the expected goals and objectives.
*Lead and strategize programs and projects to ensure alignment and progression towards achieving desired outcomes.
*Identify and address resource constraints, scope changes, timelines, risks, and issues effectively and proactively, using autonomy and initiative.
*Establish and monitor milestones, while innovatively developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
*Act as an advisor to all impacted stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and/or senior leadership, providing critical progress reports on the program and projects.
*Detect and resolve project risks, issues, resource constraints/challenges, change control, anticipating their impact on delivering goals and value.
*Oversee and control scope to ensure that commitments are achieved within agreed-on time, cost and quality parameters.
*Implement and adjust change management and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle, anticipating internal and external organizational challenges.
*Enhance business acumen, project management/delivery, leadership and skills, applying advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
*Employ skills, knowledge, and understanding to influence and drive behavior and results.
*Establish credibility with teams and partners while managing expectations, acting as the organization's spokesperson on advanced projects.
*Undertake other duties and projects as assigned, leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $113,500.00 - $151,407.30, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
