*Responsible for developing a formal, comprehensive Training Plan for impacted roles for the first deployment for Kitting and MDM.
*Ensures training needs are assessed and included in the training based on the training mitigations identifies in the Change Impact tracker. Deliverables include:

*Major scaling efforts are required for training. Minimally the OCM Training Leads needs to develop plans/strategy for:
-Reviewing Wave 1 training content (particularly the EnableNow lessons ~600) - what's the delta between the Wave 1 and Wave 2 training needs? Drives resources, development efforts, timeline. -Tracking all end-users and their required training (Excel tracking is not feasible for Wave 2). -Scheduling logistics (sign-in sheets, who can be off the floor, how many people can be off the floor at the same time) -Pushing training invites to end-users especially those who do not have a Medline email?
-The War Room and mock warehouse resources (including documentation of data, process steps and outcomes) for training and dress rehearsal practice
-The plan to create and or maintain data for training (test) environment
-A plan that includes, but is not limited to SAP EnableNow courseware in the context of a full training plan.
*Develop a process for ensuring content is revised in a timely manner, uploaded appropriately, communicated to learners who needed it (major scaling).
*Works with the change impact resources to confirm training needs by audiences and accounts for them in the training plan
*Ensures the training approach and plan is in place with details around the "who will be trained" and the "how they'll be trained" for all impacted end-users. Deliverables and trackers include:
-Training Approach for the first deployment both on site at Waukegan and for all impacted departments
-Learning paths curriculum by role to be housed in Workday
*Track training content development in the Training Content Development Plan and Tracker (Excel). Not needed with Workday LMS
ensuring that the training:
-Goes through the:
-Internal SME QA and approval processes and workstream lead reviews and approvals
-EnableNow editorial process
-Is translated into Spanish, especially for the warehouse and production environments
-Spanish speaking EnableNow admin:
-Validates translation accuracy
- Publishes translated content
-Add appropriate training object links to the published content (ensures learner sees what they're supposed to be seeing)
-Add other training assets to courses (PPTs, links to non-EnableNow content, etc.)
*Support training administrator (position not yet approved) in:
-Ensuring all training logistics are executed accurately and on time (scheduling, tracking, communications, etc.)
-Providing travel details
-Other TBD
*Owns trainer readiness (TTT) (execution TBD based on scaling and available resources (time, space and people)
*Supports project SMEs (L4s) and additional instructional designers/training developers in creation of EnableNow and other training content (TBD). Training content includes:
-EnableNow course content
-Practice activities (mock warehouses, if scalable)
-Data for training (test) environment
-Competency tools/plan
*Tracks training success/effectiveness (measure against project and OCM goals) using surveys, interviews, and
