Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Production Test Technician 2 (1st Shift Weekend) to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. This position will be located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Roles and Responsibilities: * Perform test and evaluation of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) Systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair IMU Systems as required.
* Support production movement as needed to support daily requirements. Basic Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
* Ability to read and understand Assembly Instruction and Test Procedures
* Experience in using digital multi-meters and other lab test equipment.
* Must be available for 1st Shift Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
* US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience working in a manufacturing testing environment.
* Previous experience working closely with Test and Manufacturing engineers.
* Previous experience trouble-shooting navigational Instruments.
* Associates Degree.
* Active Secret ClearanceSalary Range: $42,000 - $70,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
