We are seeking an Assistant Inventory Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!

This position is located in FORT WORTH, TEXAS.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. Manage inventory on site by overseeing cycle counts, receipts, adjustments, audits, and reconciliation.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• manufacturing inventory coordinator with cycle counts receipt audits and reconciliation
• with maintaining product identification and location program
• with RMA’s from outside districts
• of picking or transfer errors
• with ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner
• and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
• warehouse work as needed
• and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality
• recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• have at least an associate degree or at least 3 years’ experience working with inventory systems
• be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (familiar with using formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and Outlook
• be able to lift 50lbs as a part of the job function
• be able to pass a forklift certification test and drive a forklift daily if needed
• must pass background check and drug test
