2026-2027 Rates. Classroom Sub Pay – Pay rate would be based on the degree level of the substitute. $135 -non-degreed substitute. $145– degreed substitute. $155 – education degree substitute. Teaching assignments greater than 20 days will be compensated at $200 per day. 60 days in the same teaching position would qualify for Bachelor's Step 0 pay. .
2025-2026. Pay rate will be based on total number of days subbed for the district and would reset each school year. $130 -Days 1-29. $140 – Days 30-69. $150 – Days 70. . 60 Consecutive days in the same position would qualify for Bachelor’s Step 0 pay. .
