The Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for a goal-oriented, quality person with a positive attitude to help us service our existing clients and sell new policies with great coverages as a Full-Time Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
• With your keen attention to detail, you�ll be developing insurance quotes and cross-selling/ rounding out client accounts.

Requirements

• An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
• 2 Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required.
• A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
