**Job Description**

**Cashier - BDC - Call Center - Customer Service Representative**

The core responsibility of this position is to service our existing customer base.

This will be a full time position.

Normal scheduled work hours 8:30am to 5:00 pm including some Saturdays.

Starting pay $12.00- for inexperienced individual, higher pay rate based on experience.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

In-bound and Out-bound Calls

. Cashier and receptionist duties

Scheduling Appointments

Mailings, and other duties that may be assigned

**Preferred Qualifications** ***Pay rate is based experience***.

Call Center, Receptionist or Customer Service Experience

Microsoft Office Word & Excel

Koons is willing to train the right person

**Required Qualifications:**

Must be Dependable and have a Strong Work Ethic

Personable and Presentable in Appearance

Team Player

Articulate with Good Grammar and Hand Writing Skills

Comfortable with In-bound and Out-Bound Calls
