Position Summary: Our growing Urology department is recruiting a part time Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in our Provo office to begin in July 2024. Successful candidate will have a current LPN or RN license, be motivated and dependable. Schedule prioritizes work-life balance and will not require any weekend, night or call coverage.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide courteous and friendly service to all patients and contribute to a positive team-based work environment. 
• Facilitate good patient care under physician supervision, assist with patient education, rooming patients, examination preparation, taking vitals, recording patient medical histories, injections, in-office procedures, ordering labs and outpatient procedures. 
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, respond to patient questions. 
• Prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment/supplies and keep exam rooms clean. 
• Obtain insurance prior authorizations for procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN or RN licensure. 
• Previous medical experience preferred, but not required. 
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 3 months of hire. 
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.

Hours:  Monday 8:00A-12:00P, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00A-5:00P, every other Friday 8:00A-12:00P
