What You Will Do
** Position is 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday, 10PM - 6AM **
- You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 3rd Shift
- You will supervise approximately 25 - 35 hourly Associates
- On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
- You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met
- You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Leadership (other degrees and experience in lieu of education will be considered)
- You have experience in Production Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
