VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Press Operator in the Coldwater, Ohio facility. 4 DAY WORK WEEK
* GENEROUS PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period
* PAID WEEKLY
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
- Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
- Perform in-process inspections on components being produced
- Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
