A community development center located in Breckenridge, CO is currently seeking a qualified Housing Specialist to join their team full-time! Check out the details below: Title: Housing Specialist - Admin Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Administrative Support - Housing Location: Breckenridge, CO Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p Pay: Competitive pay based on experience plus full benefits package & sign-on bonus program available! The Housing Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Community Development Administrative Manager performing duties to support the Housing Department. Duties to include but not limited to:
Public assistance, file/data management, bank deposits, maintenance of public information including updating website, processing invoices, setting up vendors and contracts in the financial system, and general clerical duties and assorted miscellaneous projects as needed
General staff support
Supports the other Community Development departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Organization with a willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks
Competency in handling money, basic accounting, and reporting
Must have a minimum of one year of administrative office experience
