Who are we looking for?

You may be hired as a Provider Enrollment Specialist or Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.

What will you do?

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on payor enrollment applications on behalf of providers and groups for commercial and government payor types.
• Create and update providers demographic information in our credentialing software and CAQH profiles
• Respond to healthcare insurance payor demographic requests
• Maintain insurance provider files on a variety of health plan networks
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Collaborate with billing and credentialing teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of provider enrollments.

What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credentialing or provider enrollment, in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Proficiency in credentialing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

What does the position pay:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $21-25 hourly compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
