Position Overview: The Director of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in management and operations, with a particular emphasis on strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, with a preference for those who have worked in the solar or renewable energy industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and efficiency goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in operations, a plus if within the renewable energy or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading and improving operational processes and teams.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the solar industry is a significant bonus.
