Base Salary: $130K-140K Depending on Experience

Position Description:

The CRM Solutions Architect is responsible for defining and executing the technical architecture, design, development, roadmap, and implementation of complex solutions within Microsoft Dynamics. This individual must have proven experience creating scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions. The CRM Solutions Architect is responsible for collaborating with product managers and business users to understand the requirements and translate them into effective solutions and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams and CRM developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the technical architecture, platform, configuration, customization, integrations, and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Leads the technical direction of overall system, maintains the agreed-upon structure of the platform, and ensures that it meets the requirements
  • Ensures solutions work within the context of an enterprise structure, investigates technology, sets the architecture and path on how to complete the solution
  • Build strong business relationships and collaboration to understand the requirements, develop solutions with an agile, hands-on engineering mindset that solves complex challenges and business needs
  • Lead and implement development of solutions, system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, testing, and deployment - with relentless focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Develop and manage in-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platform to continuously improve the features, functionality, capabilities, and integrations
  • Ensure proper installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, security, and data migration – by collaborating with the CRM development team, and internal IT groups
  • Partner with peers within all Information Technology groups to promote latest architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction for the enterprise
  • Awareness and knowledge of latest industry trends, best practices, updates on Microsoft Dynamics platform, and work with IT groups for implementing them
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the developers on the team as needed, while being hands-on. Lead training and educating the users on the features, capabilities, and functionality of CRM platform

Skills & Competencies:

Skills:

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform – features, customizations, configurations, and integrations
  • Prior working experience of CRM deployment, administration, security, performance tuning, and data migration
  • Strong knowledge of CRM development technologies like JavaScript, FetchXML, C#, and REST API
  • Proficiency with CRM customization tools

Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with prior experience in solving complex business challenges
  • Strong communication and partnership skills, and collaboration across multiple teams in a matrixed organization
  • Solid experience of Software development lifecycle, best practices, and coding standards
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision and be self-motivated

Experience and Education:

  • Experience: 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer systems related field required. MS in Computer Science or MBA preferred
