Work Schedule:
100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with some weeks 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant :

• Function as a key part of an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, behavioral health therapists, substance use therapists, clinical staff and leaders.
• Manage provider templates, orders supplies, manage clinic rooms/spaces, assist leaders with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Education:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
