Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience.
Job Summary:
To provide supervisory and advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.
Job Duties:

• Determines work priorities, and assigns and schedules workload for the unit or office.
• Develops and refines office policies and procedures.
• Executes a variety of complex clerical duties.
• Organizes own work assignments to contribute to a smooth workflow.
• Maintains inventory, shipping, and receiving of products.
• Trains supportive personnel in new procedures and new employees on duties to be performed.
• Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
• Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
