BlvdHome is looking for an individual to join our team at BlvdHome's Cafe located inside our St. George Store. With this Cafe located inside a Furniture & Appliance Store, it is not your normal fast food restaurant. The BlvdHome Cafe is able to provide shoppers with a lunch break as they decide on what couch, bedroom set, appliance, or even what type of flooring they want to purchase for their home. Or the Cafe may provide for some guests a nice stop to rest their feet and enjoy a nice cold drink and a homemade dessert as they enjoy the beautiful furniture displays around BlvdHome's showroom floor. At the BlvdHome Cafe, you will also be assisting guests who come in just for the amazing food provided by the Cafe. With the most delicious hamburgers in town on a homemade bun, many guests come in just to eat and get the extra treat of the beautiful furniture showroom surrounding them. With the Cafe being open to the public from 11 am-5 pm you will have a great schedule for this position not having to work shifts late into the evening.

Skills:

• This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week- 5 days/week. You must be able to work Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m, with Sunday and another day off during the week.
• You will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere and strive to make your Team Members look good.
• Must have food handlers permit.
• The entire shift will be spent on your feet preparing food and taking care of the customers.
• During each shift, you will do the following: Preparation of Vegetables & Cheese, Meat (which includes a slicer and knives), Other misc. preparation and table preparation. As well as taking orders from customers which includes taking their payments at the register.
• You will need to be able to help with keeping the Cafe at the required cleanliness level at all times including doing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and deep cleaning.
• You will need to work with a fryer, hot grill, and build salads and sandwiches.
• Having a positive attitude at all times and good communication skills will be needed. Must be able to speak some English.
• You will need to be flexible to different hours during specials sales and Holidays as needed.

Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position working Monday - Saturday with Sundays off, from 9 a.m to 5:30 p.m., with Sunday and another day off during the week. Other hours will be needed during special sales and Holidays.
