Job Details
Enable platforms that maintain architectural integrity and high availability
- Perform zero downtime upgrades
- Learn business processes in departments like Sales, Finance, and HR to be able
to better support their needs
- Onboard new systems and applications
- Upgrade existing applications
- Initiate and contribute to network and application security reviews
- Improve each platform by conceiving and implementing better processes
- Build sophisticated logical models while enabling them for users in an intuitive
fashion
- Assist end users with upgrade testing
- Train super users and power users on usage of the tools
- Coordinate development work with offshore team members and others
- Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of tools and systems
- Work with the business solutions delivery team to ensure that solutions are
simple to use
- Collaborate and work with multi-functional IT teams
