* Provide classified program management support within the program's business management directorate
* Managing the collection, validation and update of program data to classified customized organizational decision-support tools on a recurring basis
* Provides management and oversight for Delta Innovation efforts including Delta Innovation guide and policy development.
* Providing key support in the development and implementation of a requirement validation and prioritization process for the program office
* Providing analysis, producing briefing charts, and generating supporting documentation in support of a wide array
* Provides recommendations for updates applicable to SpOC, Deltas, and associated Policy Directives and Instructions

* Experience with alternative and evolving force development processes such as DEVSECOPS, rapid prototyping, and rapid fielding is required
* Understanding of USSF capability development processes from concept development through force design/architectures, development/acquisition, and testing/fielding is required
* Program analysis experience in an Air Force, Space Force, or Joint Force organization to include planning and execution is highly desired
* Analytical experience providing decision support and program advocacy inputs/products to senior DoD management is required
* Competency and minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required
* Competency managing and providing product/analysis support for FYDP programming/budgeting (to include the AF/SF POM and OSD BES) is desired
* Top Secret Security Clearance Required; Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Required
* Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000/year, DOE
