Role Overview:
As the Director of Marketing & Advertising, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing
initiatives, focusing on engaging homeowners through various digital and traditional
channels. Your leadership will be key in building brand recognition and generating
leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital
(SEO, PPC, social media, email) and traditional (broadcast, radio, print) channels.
- Homeowner Engagement: Create campaigns that connect with homeowners,
driving conversions and brand loyalty.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage a six-figure marketing budget to
ensure optimal ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Lead Generation: Implement tactics to reach and convert homeowners
effectively.
- Brand Strategy: Enhance brand presence with compelling content and
strategic social media use.
- PR and Media: Direct public relations efforts to boost brand visibility.
- Innovative Campaigns: Design unique marketing initiatives tailored to our
market.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to refine strategies and improve
effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in strategic marketing roles, especially in B2C or D2C
marketing within home improvement sectors.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team and directing them to
exceed business goals.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a six-figure marketing
budget.
- Marketing Expertise: Skilled in integrating various marketing disciplines for
maximum impact.
- Content and Social Media: Strong background in content strategy and social
media management.
- Media Management: Knowledgeable in broadcast media strategies and
placements.
- PR Skills: Understanding of public relations strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data for strategic planning.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree
