Compensation & Benefits: 1099 Independent Contractor 100% commission based $100,000 - $180,000 first year Bonus opportunities. Career progression opportunities. One week of paid training. We have insulated over 140,000 homes and boast an outstanding customer satisfaction rating. Job Summary: USA Insulation is seeking a motivated, self-starter sales professional in Lexington, KY. As an in-home sales consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing, at the time of presentation, and book an installation date while in the home. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance in sales, with excellent communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in home appointments generated for you through leads generated by company marketing activities. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent post-sale support to gain referrals and 5-star reviews. Document Key Sales Activities in the CRM and provide regular updates on sales progress. Participate in marketing-related activities. Candidate Requirements: A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments is a must. Proven success in a sales role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Self-motivated and willing to learn and participate in training. Willingness to follow guidelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
