What youll do as the Sales Associate:

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles using PCJD-Delaware techniques
• Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience
• Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs
• Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals
• Ensure that, as part of the delivery process, all customers understand the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork

What youll need to be our Sales Associate:
