Location: Plano, TX (100 % Remote possible / Hybrid if local)

Term: 12-Month Contract with Possible Extensions or Permanency based on Performance

Shift: Mon – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Education is MANDATORY

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience / 7-9 years’ experience preferred. / ARIBA knowledge is a MUST!

What we’re looking for:

IT Procurement negotiations specialist with strong Ariba experience

Responsibilities include:

· Oversee the creation of purchase requisitions in the Ariba system and ensure services are being delivered at the required level of consistency, quality, and timeliness by established operating level agreements.

· Produce and distribute Ariba and/or SAP-based reports to key data and technology stakeholders.

· Communicate pertinent procurement-related information and deadlines to key data and technology stakeholders via regular meetings and via clear, concise emails.

· Oversee upkeep of Data and Technology Purchase Requisition intake form and contract pipeline report.

· Capture meeting notes/minutes and action items during pertinent meetings and interactions and maintain them in a central repository (ex. Teams). Track key action items to completion.

· Address supplier payment questions and troubleshoot invoice issues.

Requirements:

· Ariba: Purchasing tool.

· Analytics and reporting regarding supplier budget spend.

· Nice to have: SAP.

· Understanding Procure-to-Pay modules and Contracts modules.

· Education: A Bachelor’s Mandatory and a Master’s would be great.

· Experience: 3-5 years ideally, 7-10 would be great.

· Contract to Hire if everything goes well.

· IT Procurement: Software agreements or IT Supplier Management

· Software licensing agreements, SaaS, Ariba, Software contracts, IT/Software negotiations.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

· Strong IT Procurement/Contracting experience

· Strong knowledge of Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Contracts modules.

· High attention to detail and quality

· Ability to work independently and self-prioritize tasks.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
