Enterprise's Boston Logan Airport office has an exciting opportunity for Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives BOTH Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
This is a Temporary/Seasonal position with a variety of schedules available (listed below). We can offer a maximum of 150 days of employment during our seasonal dates of June 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
Schedules Available:
5 Day Schedule (8 hours/day):
4 Day Schedule (10 hours/day):
3 Day Schedule (8 hours/day):
This position pays between $21.46 / hour - $31.46 / hour ($21.46 / hour plus shift differentials and monthly bonus opportunities). Average monthly commission bonuses range from $300 to $1400. There is a $1.50/hour shift differential for the hours worked between 3:00pm-12:00am (midnight).
This position is located onsite at Boston Logan Airport - 15 Transportation Way Boston, MA 02128.
The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
