The Company, an innovative digital insurance marketplace offering a wide range of insurance products, is seeking a Vice President of Partner Success to drive strategic partnerships in the mortgage and financial services verticals, among others. This executive role involves maximizing company growth through the management of all partnership aspects, including prospecting, contract negotiations, implementation, and account management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of business leadership experience, with at least 7 years in partnerships and 3 years in business development. They should be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of delivering growth and the ability to inspire and support a team to achieve exceptional results.Responsibilities for this position include managing the business development and partnerships departments, setting and executing annual growth strategies, overseeing partner onboarding, and maintaining key performance indicators to monitor team performance. The successful candidate will be a people-focused leader, an exceptional strategic thinker, and a creative problem solver. They must have a strong background in negotiating contracts and managing complex partnerships, as well as experience influencing at the senior executive level. The role also requires excellent public speaking and presentation skills, as well as the availability to travel for business meetings, deals, and industry conferences.
