Key Responsibilities:
  • Role plays a vital role in fostering guest satisfaction and promoting a positive resort experience.
  • Be able to provide guests with information on the resort's amenities and services.
  • Receive, log and deliver parcels from UPS, Federal Express and Amazon
  • Obtain signatures on all deliveries.
  • Inventory current package storage on a daily basis.
  • Provide Guest Service and Security with a daily package inventory.
  • Immediately advise Manager of any issues or concerns.
  • Keep all storage and receiving areas clean and clear at all times.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of storeroom equipment (vehicles, pallets jacks, doilies, carts, scales,
  • Keep all storeroom carts, doilies and pallet jacks accounted for in the storerooms or on the
  • loading dock.
  • Ensure only authorized personnel have physical access to the storeroom. Inform manager
  • immediately if any unauthorized personnel are in the storerooms.
  • Any maintenance problems, safety hazards, unauthorized entries or any other problems are to
  • be reported to the manager.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • One year experience working in a hotel environment Purchasing Department
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Good computer skills in Excel, email, web browsing, and scheduling software
  • Good typing skills (45 wpm or better)
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to
  • communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, and co-workers.
  • Adhere to property and company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, an ever-changing environment and prioritize
  • job duties.
  • Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
  • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
