About us. Upper Scioto Valley Ambulance District is an Emergency Medical Service located in Alger, OH. We cover an entire district to include all of Alger Ohio, McGuffey Ohio, Marion Township Ohio, Roundhead Township Ohio, and part of McDonald Township Ohio.
