The Wholesale Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new and existing products, craft integrated marketing communications, manage digital and retail marketing strategies, enhance consumer engagement, and oversee measurement and analysis of marketing effectiveness. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, market growth, and achievement of related strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities include Communication, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, On- and Off-Premise Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Regulatory Compliance, and Brand Monitoring and Protection.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and product development.
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, graphic design tools including Canva and Adobe suite.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with data-driven analytical abilities.
• Availability for occasional travel and events, including some weekend and/or evening hours
• Hybrid work, with need to be at designated sites weekly, with predominant locations in Indianapolis and Bloomington
