Homestead is hiring for a Leasing and Marketing Manager at our student housing properties, The View and The Valley with 1124 beds combind.
Homestead is seeking a results-driven Leasing & Marketing Manager to positively impact Community performance. The Leasing & Marketing Manager (LMM) oversees and directs execution of all onsite sales, leasing, and marketing policies, processes, and workflows to ensure the Community meets the budgeted renewal and pre-leasing target goals in line with budgeted marketing parameters.
This position provides daily training, coaching, and direction to the leasing team to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being executed in line with closing ratios, as well as other outreach and marketing initiatives, and administrative workflow. You will develop and execute all marketing strategy including social programming, advertising, outreach, and VIP partnerships with local businesses and university organizations. The LMM monitors all incoming leads, telephone performance, lead management dashboard, and other relevant data and tools to ensure optimal prospective renter traffic, customer service, and ensures timely follow-up for optimal closing ratios. Ensures all lease files are accurate, complete and approved, both via the physical file workflow, and via regular file audits.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology (experience with Entrata would be a plus)
Previous experience in leasing roles and leasing workflows
Previous management experience is a plus
Student Housing Experience preferred
