Job description:
In your new role you will:

• Lead 2 separate shifts of operators/process techs to hit Sort operational daily/weekly goals
• Manage manpower effectively to optimize sort floor production output
• Drive teamwork and cohesion among operators
• First line of defense for process and equipment issues
• Prioritize tasks to meet weekly sort ship requirement
• I nitiate improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement, and quality improvement projects
• Ensure protocol and 5S practices are followed at all times

Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience .
• Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all level of personnel.
• Experience in managing production line environments including technicians and operators.
• Experiences in statistical analysis and use of it in making decisions.
• Basic knowledge in MS office.
• Proactive , independent and able to work in a fast paced working environment; highly adaptable to changes in the company practices as well as in the procedurals and protocols.
• Able to perform 12 hours shifts /split shift, 10am to 10pm
