The position serves as the main technical support within the Office of the Registrar for software and technology, primarily overseeing the management and maintenance of Degree Works and Banner. This role requires extensive collaboration with the University Web and Enterprise Services (WES) team within Information Systems to troubleshoot, maintain and develop the various technical systems used in Registrar’s Office daily processes. This position reports directly to the Registrar.
