We are growing and looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join the Team!
The project coordinator is part of the project management team helping to keep projects organized and running smoothly. The project coordinator works closely with the project managers. The project coordinator will administer and organize both external and internal projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
The project coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling report queries. To succeed in this role, the project coordinator should be detail oriented, have exceptional customer service skills, as well as, excellent time management and communication skills, as the project coordinator will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
The project coordinators duties are to 1) support the Project Managers, 2) coordinate with internal teams on resource scheduling and project hours used, 3) provide basic documentation for clients (meeting notes, monthly reports, plans, etc), 4) assist with projects so that they are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards, and 5) support CATCH projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assist in analyzing risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress, manage scope, and handle issues that arise
Liaise with clients to understand business objectives relative to the engagement, clearly identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Adapt to and understands culture of client environment
Effectively interact with client management
Act as the point of contact and communicate timely project status to external and internal customers
Meet internal and external customer needs in ways that provide satisfaction and excellent results for the customer
Assist Project Managers as needed and work with them to eliminate obstacles
Proactively communicate in a quality and timely manner
Work well with teams as well as independently
Take clear and detailed notes
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Follow established best practices and ensure standards and requirements are met
Coordinate internal and external projects as assigned
Requirements
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Detailed oriented and excellent note taker.
Type 60 plus words per minute
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Technically competent with various software programs. Required: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Working knowledge: SharePoint and OneNote
Ability to ramp up quickly on products and services and conceptually understand the technologies in the CATCH wheelhouse
Demonstrate initiative, creativity and is proactive
Exhibits a thirst for knowledge, an inquisitive nature, the ability to drive out needs and requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to have a flexible schedule driven by the demands of the project
Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Systems, a related discipline or work experience equivalent
