AmeriSpec MidSouth is searching for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing company. This part-time, hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing opportunities to collaborate in person.

In this role, you will:

• Service existing customers, answer calls and schedule inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive inspection experience
• Generate new leads by reaching out to Realtors and other potential customers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our reach to new audiences, including commercial clients and homeowners
• Collaborate with inspectors to elevate the overall inspection experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in marketing, real estate, or property management
• A proven track record of success in new business development
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• A passion for the home services industry (knowledge of residential building standards or trades is a plus!)
• Reliable transportation
