We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our extraordinary Registration Services Team at University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center as a number of new career pathways makes this the perfect time for you to join our team. Our affiliation with the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) have created new pathways and makes this the perfect time for you to join our team! 

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, performs the technical tasks involved with the storage, distribution, packaging and labeling of drugs. Completes associated recordkeeping and charging activities. Ability to use automated drug dispensing systems, vertical and laminar flow hoods, department pharmacy computer systems as required. 

What you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Maryland Board of Pharmacy registration is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician required.
