Duties and Responsibilities

Loyola University Health System and Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine invites applications for a full time Transplant Hepatologist to join our nationally recognized program.

The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in general and Transplant Hepatology as well as a focused area of interest in clinical or translational research. The candidate should be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Transplant Hepatology and possess an Illinois license at the time of appointment. The position will be at the rank of Assistant Professor.

Loyola University Medical Center ( LUMC ) is a 547-licensed-bed quaternary hospital in Maywood, Illinois that includes the William G. & Mary A. Ryan Center for Heart & Vascular Medicine, the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, a Level 1 trauma center, Illinoiss largest burn center, a certified comprehensive stroke center and a childrens hospital. Loyola also trains the next generation of caregivers through its academic affiliation with Loyola University Chicagos Stritch School of Medicine and the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
