The Sturm College of Law is accepting applications for adjunct faculty for Spring 2022 and future semesters to teach courses in Corporate and Commercial Law (including, but not limited to: contract and corporate drafting, corporations, commercial law, bankruptcy, and secured transactions). Adjunct faculty positions are non-benefited positions. More information about the courses can be found on the Registrars Office Schedule of Classes and at the registrars course descriptions page

Adjunct faculty are required to teach as scheduled, hold office hours, assign papers and exams as appropriate and be available to assist students with assignments. Adjunct faculty are required to comply with all University of Denver COVID-19 protocols. The Sturm College of Law operates on a semester system.

**Required Qualifications**

* Law degree

* Ability to teach at the university level

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous law school teaching experience

* College-level teaching experience

**Course Rate**

The compensation for this position will be between $3060 and $5100, depending on the number of credits for the class taught and the level of experience.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
