Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality support to physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) in meeting the operational needs of the practice and the medical needs of the patient. The RN assesses and evaluates patient conditions, and then plans, implements, provides, and documents patient care in a manner that follows professional nursing standards and outlined practices.

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO. The CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness Clinic is located at the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center on the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness Clinic is a multispecialty clinic that specializes in non-surgical physician-directed weight loss. Our Medical Providers and Advanced Practice Providers utilize lifestyle and/or pharmacological treatment options for overweight or obesity. Our clinical team also includes registered dietitians and clinical psychologists who support patients during their weight loss journeys. Our clinical services include body composition and metabolism testing, and fibroscan procedures. Our clinic is a hub for obesity research as well, hosting three to five clinical trials at a time. Our providers aim to support patients through their weight loss and wellness journeys using a patient-centric approach. The CU Medicine Weight Management and Wellness Clinic is located at the state-of-the-art Anschutz Health and Wellness Center on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
