Job Description Role is responsible for the execution of a Fujitsu wide governance of all our services being provided at the client Must work with all FNAI service leaders responsible for work at the client to:
Coordinate activities across the services
Identify conflicts and opportunities for optimization
Drive overall execution to the client expectations
Work with FNAI Delivery Executive and the client to drive execution success and accommodate their needs
Includes but not limited to:
Participate in quarterly executive steering communication & meetings (when applicable) to maintain alignment with the client strategy
Assist Strategic Advisor in preparing the meeting materials
Identify and schedule ad-hoc meetings to more deeply explore technology/IT service opportunities
Identify and schedule ad-hoc meetings to discuss and provide direction on operational escalations
Prepare, schedule and conduct monthly Operational Status Review & Planning Meetings
Identify opportunities, prepare and conduct ad-hoc meetings to more deeply explore service enhancement solutions
Identify, prepare and conduct ad-doc meetings to discuss and provide direction on project/service escalations
Prepare and lead Roadmap development workshops
Develop baseline Strategic Roadmap
Lead standardized framework component discussions
Develop standardized framework collateral
Ensure Fujitsu delivers optimum service aligned to the client business needs
Prepare monthly status report
Lead monthly meetings and issue minutes
Schedule/participate in ad-hoc meetings
Provide strategic QA on service enhancement proposals
