Job Description
We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as one of our medical assistants. You will work a schedule that is free of weekend and evening hours. We are a family oriented practice. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and fun atmosphere where all staff support each other professionally and personally. If you enjoy people and are committed to doing excellent work, then we want to hear from you.
Medical Assistant job duties:
- Room patients
- Gather patient medical information
- Document in EHR
- Assist doctor in visit
- Assist in procedures
- Prepare and clean surgery instruments
- Make surgery packs
- Clean and restock patient rooms
- Make referrals
- All other duties as necessary
Our office operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am-4pm. We are closed most Wednesdays. Staff will go to satellite office in Monticello, IN two times per month.
