We seek a Bilingual in Spanish Pharmacy Technician in San Francisco CA to support all functions of the Genoa community pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Pharmacy location: 2480 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. Hourly wage based on experience and certification status. $24-32.00/hour.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This includes 18 PTO days and 9 Paid holidays off a year!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
• Works with the Pharmacist to asset in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
• Communicates with solid professional verbal and written communication skills
• Deliver medications when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualification:

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license in the state of CA
• Willing to deliver medications when needed
• Bilingual in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience 
• Access to reliable transportation 

California Residents Only: The hourly range for California residents is $16.00 to $32.27 per hour.
