The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

· Must have at least 5 years of verifiable landscape maintenance and irrigation experience.

· Experience working in a supervisory role, able to effectively take charge and lead when needed.

· Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of Irrigation systems and controller programing and maintenance.

· Able to program the following control systems; Rain Master, Cal Sense, & Weather Trak.

· Working Knowledge of pesticide use.

· Computer savvy preferred i.e.; e-mailing, uploading photos, Microsoft Office knowledge a plus.

· Bilingual, must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in English & Spanish.

· Valid CA driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to Company’s insurance carrier. (You will be asked to provide this prior to interview).

· Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, people focused, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, motived and a self-starter.

Duties:

· Manage assigned territory.

· Able to modify and program irrigation controllers.

· Supervise and Manage maintenance crews of (2-4).

· Supervise all mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, blowing, pruning, deadheading, etc.

· Build and coach maintenance crews to provide Northern Landscape acceptable service standards.

· Frequent assessment of properties and crews.

· Constant communication with management and account managers.

· Responsible for workplace safety and following all OSHA safety guidelines.

· Implement safety practices and perform bi-weekly safety tail gate meetings with crews.

· Proactive in landscape management including landscape maintenance, irrigation and equipment needs and repairs.

Compensation:

· Annual Salary Range $60,000-$65,000

· Full-Time, Monday - Friday

· Company Truck and all required tools and equipment will be provided.
