The purpose of this position is to ensure the successful management and implementation of various projects within the Operations (Claims/Contributions & Enrollment Department). Primary responsibilities include developing procedures, creating workflow processes, tracking action items, testing, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and updating the master project status list.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Acts as the point of contact for process improvement initiatives
  • Leads projects from the requirements phase through implementation
  • Coordinates resources to ensure projects adhere to the defined schedule
  • Attends project meetings and tracks action items
  • Collaborates with the Operations leadership team to revise the scope and/or schedule to ensure that project requirements and timelines are met
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key Fund stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Provides project status updates to the Operations leadership team
  • Creates workflow processes related to outlined projects
  • Updates the project status list
  • Coordinates system testing related to new releases and system changes
  • Coordinates with Operations for annual department audit needs
  • Assists with Operations-related reporting and tasks as needed
  • Sets goals and achieves measurable results
  • Contributes ideas to plans and achieving department goals

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Experience and Knowledge

  • 3 ~ 5 years of direct experience minimum
  • Working knowledge and experience in MS Project preferred

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Preferred: Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP

Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Beginner level system(s) skills in SQL
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and nonverbal)
  • 10% ~ 15% travel

Salary range for this position: $57,900~$72,400. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) with potential for hybrid work-from-home arrangement.
