JOB TITLE: Information Technology Manager
Reports To: Vice President of Operation
Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing I.T. Management and support for daily operation by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Establishes and maintains network infrastructure.
· Manages ERP/MRP, CRM, Concept, Office 365, and CAD programs.
· Strive to maintain continued improvement to keep software in sync with evolving industry technology.
· Provides system analysis and technical support.
· Manages databases and connector processes.
· Manages telecommunications.
· Designs and implements new network connections and architecture. Manage disaster/recovery documentation.
ATTENDANCE:
Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.)
or Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
· Microsoft Certification preferred.
OTHER SKILL, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 5 years IT experience.
· Strong technical knowledge of PC, network, and platform operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Server), Active Directory services, Terminal services, Backup Exec and Symantec AV services, SonicWall Firewall administration, Microsoft Office Suites and network routing and switching.
· VoIP technology.
· Surveillance video camera systems.
· Prior manufacturing experience a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Accounting Software (Global Shop Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Oracle Net Suite); Database Software (MSSQL and PSQL); Development Software; Internet Software; Manufacturing Software; Payroll Systems; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Design Software; Human Resource Systems; Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Project Management Software; Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); Quoting Software (Concept); Reporting Software (Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SSRS) and Word Processing Software (Word).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
