Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a growing firm in downtown Chicago! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with significant litigation experience. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of case management, from intake to resolution.
• Maintain organized case files and calendar deadlines and important dates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Draft legal documents and prepare trial exhibits.
• Coordinate with experts and other external parties.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and filing documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
