YOUR ROLE

Develop, execute, measure, and grow social strategy among all social platforms
Collaborate with the brand team to develop engaging content calendars for key social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), based on 360° content marketing strategy
Manage in developing optimization strategies for each page/channel on each platform based on key metrics, KPIs, and ROI
Oversee processes regarding content upload and implementation through social media management tools (Sprouts, Dash Hudson, Iconosquare)
Conceptualize and implement editorial & social media campaigns with agencies and other service providers while maintaining brand’s visual identity and ways to incorporate Public Release, magazine mentions and beauty awards into our social platforms
Partner with PR agencies on events, editor desk sides, and key influencer programs
Lead and mentor team in building strategy, creating effective content, and managing influencer and PR relationships
