Volt is immediately hiring an experienced Customer Feedback Data Analyst for immediate hire.
As a Customer Feedback Data Analyst you will:

• Support and assist with implementation of Customer Experience programs that provide National, Regional and Retailer management with analysis in order to improve the customer experience and retailer performance.
• Conduct data analytics and advanced data discovery analysis to integrate with customer experience programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction on vehicle purchase and service experience.
• Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to create and execute above programs.
• Support department budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.
• Support CX programs as required, including CX incentives
• Align and collaborate with all Owner Experience colleagues across various scopes of projects and assignments.
• Provide insight from data across various scopes of projects and assignments.
• Work with research studies including questionnaires, sampling, control group testing, analyses, and reports.
• Monitor program effectiveness, deliverable status, ad hoc reports and analysis, etc.
• Analyze and report research data, identify trends, data insights and recommendations.
• Maintain databases of research study data. Conduct queries, data analysis and forecasting by integrating other Genesis databases.
• Assist National and Area staff to resolve program inquiries and maintain data quality/validity.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of customer experience data, SAS modeling and analytics.
• Working with IT groups, assist in designing, documenting, launching, and enhancing Systems and Operational Interfaces related to Customer Experience programs and websites.

This is a full time HYBRID role (3 days onsite, 2 days from home). Position is temp for 6 months with a strong possibility of going longer. It is also with a company known to hire on our top talent.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• 2 - 3 years of data analyst skills, preferably in a customer service environment
• Advance MS Excel skills - pivot tables and v look ups
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
• Complete Bachelors degree highly preferred

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
