The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning agency for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area providing essential services to our region: transportation, wastewater treatment, growth and development of local communities, affordable housing programs, and regional park systems.

This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.

We are accepting applications for a Business Analyst 1 or 2 within our Human Resources (HR) department.

This position will assist with maintaining critical HR systems (HRMS, LMS, applicant tracking, onboarding, and performance management) and will be responsible for backing up other business analysts. Will assist with day-to-day activities and transactions as well as participate in a variety of HR data and technical projects that include identifying data anomalies, system configurations/customizations, and implementation of new functionality.

Salary Range: $66,747 - $108,909 annually depending on qualifications.
