We work with doctors, patients, and lawyers by providing a neutral and qualified medical expertise for workers compensation cases. We have a beautiful office in Marina del Rey, where youll work a Monday-Friday in-person shift. Hours are 8:30am-5pm.Were looking for an organized, well-spoken, and responsible person to manage everything admin in the practice. You are:Polished and poised; even when you dont know the answers to things youre able to communicate professionally and clearlyOrganized with extreme attention to detailTechnically savvy - youll spend the time learning the tools rather than slog through a manual processExcited to work in a fast-paced environment with a small teamWhat youll do:Coordinate with attorneys, patients, and other clients phone and email to schedule and troubleshoot appointments, depositions, etc.Work one on one with physicians to assist with evaluationsTake vitals and coordinate patient careCommunicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and legal support staff to ensure all paperwork and records have been receivedCreate and distribute procedural documents to internal and external parties as part of the intake process.Manage medical and other records: review paperwork and check that its complete, prepare billing packages, and send out records via electronic and US MailMaintain internal databases/spreadsheetsEnsure that all paperwork is in order before appointmentsTravel to remote offices throughout southern California.We offer a full suite of benefits, including 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
